This proven workshop utilizes the knowledge, experience and skills of a diverse group of 18-20 associates representing every level of responsibility and from a number of different parts of your enterprise.

During this very highly interactive workshop the participants will:

  • Be engaged in a process that utilizes the strengths of every participant on an equal basis, from the most outspoken to the most quiet and thoughtful
  • Utilize a process that is highly structured while still allowing for the free exchange of ideas, opinions and feelings
  • Beginning with over fifty suggested values, each participant select the ones that are most important to each individual and the group as a whole
  • Successfully negotiate with every other participant on a direct basis
  • Arrive at an agreement by every participant on the four to six core values that will be offered to the top executives for review, modification and adoption as the core values for the enterprise
